I have no experience with cross stitch before, can I still get your kit to learn it?
Yes, absolutely! It includes step by step instructions of how to cross stitch. A lot of buyers from our shop actually are brand new to cross stitch. You got this!
Do the cross stitch patterns come printed on the fabric?
No the pattern is not printed on Aida fabric. It is counted cross stitch. We do provide everyone with a color printed pattern and set of instructions that are very easy to understand.
What is included in each cross stitch kit? What if some parts are missing?
Each kit includes:
Cross stitch pattern, cross stitch instructions, needle, fabric, floss and hoop. All the packages are put together by us and we always try to double check everything in it, but if something is missing, please contact us and we will take care of it right away.
I ran out of thread! I lost my needle! WHAT DO I DO?!
Don't worry! We offer free refills if you are short on any thread, aida fabric or lose a needle, as long as you can tell us which kit you got. (US only). Feel free to contact us with any resupply needs.
I finished my kit and I want to share it with you, how can I?

Do you do custom kits? Do you do commissions?
Right now, no, we do not do individual commissions. If you have a recommendation, feel free to reach out in our contact form!
However, we do make custom kits if you order in larger quantities, we have worked with name brands before and would love to work with you. Reach out on our contact form!
Do you do wholesale your products?
Yes, we do wholesale on DIY kits, as well as other supplies we carry. Minimum order for wholesale is 10 of each item. Please contact us and we will send a quote to you.
